We had a great late breakfast here! I got the breakfast bun (yummm) and my husband got the quesabirria tacos which were delicious. The owner was super kind and attentive, we will be coming back every time we are in the area!

Please do yourself a huge service and stop by this place, it became my favorite spot in town my first visit. Everything on the menu is delicious, from top to bottom. The portions and the prices are great. On top of all of that the Chef/Owner might be the sweetest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Everything is homemade therefore it was very delicious and the desserts were 10/10. Service was excellent, highly recommend.

Very cute little restaurant with a great atmosphere. The owner puts her heart into her delightful creations. Absolutely worth stopping in if you're in the area. Be prepared to pay with cash, venmo or cash app as she doesn't have a card reader available.

My husband and I stopped in at Gaytan Kitchen while visiting family in town, and we were delighted by the experience. Hermilda, the owner, is attentive, talented, and wonderfully humble. Everything is made fresh with quality ingredients—nothing frozen. We enjoyed the tamales, which were flavorful and comforting, and couldn’t resist taking home two loaves of banana bread, still warm from the oven. Thank you, Hermilda, for sharing your gifts with the community. We look forward to returning on our next visit!

This place was amazing! I had the breakfast burrito with salsa verde, and she made to order eggs and bacon for my husband and our daughter. We added the cinnamon roll to share and it was $30.00 for all of us. The food was made fresh, the cinnamon roll was tasty, and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for a weekend breakfast spot after a confer at The Gorge I recommend Gaytan Kitchen Creations whole heartedly.
